Course Enrollment Agreement

1. Nature of Services

Self-Help Healing Hub provides personal development programs, courses, group sessions, one-on-one sessions, and educational materials based on The R.E.A.L. Healing Experience™. These services are for educational and personal growth purposes only.

2. Participant Eligibility and Readiness

By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are not currently in acute mental health crisis
• You are emotionally stable enough to engage in personal development work
• You understand this program is not a substitute for professional clinical care
• You take full personal responsibility for your participation and wellbeing
• You will notify the facilitator immediately if your mental health status changes during the program

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing. For payment plans, installments must be paid on the agreed schedule. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of access to program materials.

Healing Access Program (scholarship/sliding scale) participants must complete an application and receive written approval before enrolling at a reduced rate.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personal nature of our programs, all sales are generally final. However:

• Refund requests submitted within 7 days of enrollment, before accessing more than 20% of course content, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Live Transformation Cohort: Cancellations made 14+ days before the cohort start date may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future cohort
• Group and one-on-one sessions: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit that session
• Healing Access Program enrollments: Refunds are evaluated individually

5. Confidentiality and Community Agreements

For group programs and community spaces, all participants agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality about what other participants share
• Treat all participants with respect, compassion, and dignity
• Refrain from recording sessions without explicit written consent
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce any program materials
• Follow facilitator guidance and community agreements at all times
• Report safety concerns to Katherine or the community manager immediately

Violation of community agreements may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including course content, workbooks, meditations, videos, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Katherine Shears and Self-Help Healing Hub™. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own healing journey only.

You may not reproduce, share, sell, teach, or create derivative works from any program materials without explicit written permission from Katherine Shears.

7. Limitation of Liability and Release

By enrolling, you acknowledge that healing is a personal journey and that results vary. You release Self-Help Healing Hub and Katherine Shears from any liability for outcomes, results, or experiences arising from your participation. You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the program.

8. Crisis Protocol

If at any point during a program you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or are at risk of harm to yourself or others, you agree to:

• Contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately
• Notify Katherine or the facilitator as soon as it is safe to do so
• Seek appropriate clinical care before continuing with the program

9. Agreement

By completing enrollment and payment for any Self-Help Healing Hub program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Enrollment Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
