1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Self-Help Healing Hub website (www.katherineshears.com) or any of our programs, courses, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in a course, program, or session, you agree to:

• Pay the full program fee or agreed payment plan installments on time
• Provide accurate information during enrollment and intake
• Participate in good faith and with respect for other participants
• Abide by the community guidelines of any group program or community space

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the personal investment involved in our programs, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and healing journey. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of enrollment and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

For the Healing Access Program (scholarship/sliding scale), refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to The R.E.A.L. Healing Experience™, course materials, workbooks, meditations, videos, written content, and the Self-Help Healing Hub™ brand — is the intellectual property of Katherine Shears and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission from Katherine Shears.

6. Community Guidelines

Our community spaces (group sessions, online community, book club) are trauma-informed and require all participants to:

• Treat all participants with respect, compassion, and dignity
• Maintain confidentiality — what is shared in the group stays in the group
• Refrain from giving unsolicited advice or attempting to diagnose others
• Follow facilitator guidance and community agreements
• Report any safety concerns to Katherine or the community manager immediately

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Self-Help Healing Hub and Katherine Shears are not liable for any outcomes, results, or experiences arising from participation in our programs. Healing is a personal journey and results vary for each individual. We provide tools, support, and guidance — but you are the author of your own healing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
